How does Deep Mode show the two answers?

Will a follow-up reset my system design?
No. A follow-up modifies the existing design in the same session — for example, asking to add Redis updates the original diagram instead of starting over.
Does transcription work offline?
The customer app uses managed cloud transcription and needs an internet connection. Audio is sent for speech-to-text processing, and generated answers also use cloud AI.
